Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and send it back using a tracked shipping service.
Processing and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
